Preventive measures to be taken for children in Summers

In this scorching heat, it is advised for the young ones to stay indoors, but if it is really very necessary and unavoidable then hey u moms out there just follow these measures and move out with your children.

The most common problems in the summers are the dry atmosphere, solar radiation, chlorine from the pool,  and the use of air condition can lead to eye problems in adults n children without realizing them. Among them the most common being blusters, corns, conjunctivitis, cataracts and sunburn.

So here are some simple rules to do without failing:

A) Cover your baby with light, loose, long-sleeved clothing and sunhats, and use a sunshade or umbrella while going out.

B) Try to avoid being out in the strong midday sun, and if your baby is under one year, keep him out of direct sunlight altogether.
C) If baby is over one year, use a high protection sunscreen, even on dull days (he can still burn when it’s cloudy).

D) Let your baby wear thin, soft pure cotton clothes while travelling out or staying indoors.

E) Keep him cool with plenty of drinks: try keeping a stash of ice lollies made with his favourite juice in the freezer.

You have to be very very careful with your young one in these crucial years whether it is summers or winters, as children have tendncy to fall sick in both.

Therefore, in summers it  is essential to increase the care and eye protection, especially for the visual health of the smallest, which are more sensitive to this damage. During the summer you need to take extra precautions in general, as it is when children become more sensitive as what exposures, especially when it comes to eye health.
